About the role
We’re looking for a strategic and collaborative Design Partner to work closely with early-stage customers, product teams, and leadership to shape the future of our platform. This is a hybrid role that blends product design, user research, and customer partnership—helping us build with, not just for, our users.
As a Design Partner, you’ll co-create solutions alongside select customers, translate needs into actionable insights, and ensure that what we design aligns deeply with real-world use cases.
Key responsibilities
What you’ll be doing
Collaborate with early customers to understand their workflows, pain points, and goals
Co-design and test product experiences that are user-centered and business-relevant
Serve as a design liaison between customers and internal teams, advocating for user needs
Prototype, test, and iterate on ideas quickly with real users
Translate qualitative feedback and product data into design opportunities
Contribute to product strategy, roadmap decisions, and design direction
Share insights and patterns across design, product, and engineering
Help build frameworks and best practices for future design partnerships
Requirements
What you’ll need to succeed
4+ years of experience in product design, UX research, or a similar role
Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design and problem-solving
Experience working directly with customers or in user-facing roles
Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or similar
Ability to translate ambiguity into structure and ideas into prototypes
A balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution
Preferred qualifications
These would be a plus
Background in enterprise SaaS or designing for complex user environments
Familiarity with customer success, product marketing, or growth design
Experience working in early-stage product development or innovation teams
Knowledge of service design, systems thinking, or ethnographic research
Comfort working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
